ASCA’s New Website
After more than a year spent studying user response to our former website and collecting information on the improvements our members wanted to see there, we launched a top-to-bottom redesign this fall. Member feedback has been extremely positive.

ASC Focus Magazine
In 10 print issues each year and on its website every day, ASC Focus magazine delivers valuable regulatory and policy updates, expert advice on every aspect of ASC management and an extensive collection of news you can use in your ASC.
The Digital Debut section offers a new article every week on current news and hot-button topics in the ASC community. Other sections feature members discussing their point of view on current topics and keep readers informed about individual ASC accolades, new hires, accreditation agency rule changes, and mergers and acquisitions. ASCA’s 2023 Salary & Benefits Survey
ASCs across the country are invited to participate for free in ASCA’s Salary & Benefits Survey, a biennial resource that collects national, regional and state data on 20+ ASC positions.
Facilities that participated in the 2023 survey get free access to the complete report, which provides countless options for data comparison. The report is also available for purchase by those that did not participate. ASCA members receive a discounted rate.
ASC Advocacy and Medicare Resources
In line with requests ASCA and its members focused on in their recent advocacy efforts, Medicare’s 2024 final payment rule allows surgery centers to provide dozens of new procedures, including total shoulders and ankles, to Medicare patients and extends the use of the same inflation update factor for ASCs and hospital outpatient departments.
ASCA members can learn more about these changes and the new quality reporting requirements and payment rates the rule contains using these exclusive members-only resources. ASCA continues to serve as the only national organization dedicated to promoting the interests of ASCs of every specialty in Washington, DC.
