Data collection is open for ASCA’s Salary and Benefits survey. The survey—which collects national, regional and state data on 20 ASC positions—is a vital tool that assists ASCs in attracting and retaining the best employees.
All ASCs are invited to take the survey, and there is no cost to participate. ASCA members and nonmembers who complete at least 40 percent of the survey will receive personalized results for free.
Participate in the Survey
The survey allows you to compare your ASC’s compensation packages to similar ASCs, negotiate a raise or determine salary and benefits for a new position. The online platform produces personalized reports comparing your ASC to others in the same region, of the same specialty, with a similar number of employees and more.
The data collection period will close on March 31, and the results will be available by May.
