ASCA's online Clinical & Operational Benchmarking Survey provides valuable quality and performance data about your ASC that you can compare with other participating ASCs.
ASCA members can subscribe to the 2023 survey for $349. The nonmember rate is $499.
ASCA’s Salary & Benefits Survey is an important tool for ASCs to use to attract and retain the best employees. The survey allows ASCs to compare their compensation packages to similar ASCs and use the data to help negotiate a raise or determine the salary and benefits for a new position. ASCs can benchmark their information with other ASCs from the same region, with a similar number of employees, of the same specialty, with a similar number of patient encounters and more.
All ASCs can participate for free, but in order to have access to the personalized reports and data comparisons, your ASC must participate and answer at least 40 percent of the questions. Otherwise, you will have to purchase the reports.
