The Culture of Safety Survey will not be conducted in 2022. ASCA will announce when a new survey period has been set.
The data submission period for the 2021 Culture of Safety Survey closed on April 15, 2021. Over 100 ASCs participated in the electronic survey, with 2,345 clinical and nonclinical employees rating their attitudes, beliefs, perceptions and values about patient safety in their center.
