ASCs should have acted earlier this year to comply with several new provisions in the No Surprises Act, such as disclosures of patient protections, notice and consent for balance billing, and good faith estimates (GFEs) for uninsured or self-pay patients.

ASCA’s new webinar, No Surprises Act: Recapping the First Year and Preparing for the Future, will review the requirements for ASCs, look back at the first year of the new requirements and give information on what ASCs need to be aware of to stay in compliance in 2023 and beyond. This program is scheduled for next Tuesday, November 15, at 1:00 pm ET.

This webinar is free for ASCA members and $50 for nonmembers. Continuing education will not be offered.
