On July 15, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the 2023 proposed payment rule for ASCs and hospital outpatient departments (HOPD). ASCA will once again submit comments raising industry-wide concerns, but it is important that CMS hears from individual centers as well.
As a special member resource, ASCA staff have created template comment letters that can provide a starting point if you wish to submit comments. The deadline to submit comments is today, September 13.

Lazzaro appeared Tuesday before the Unity Township Planning Commission, which approved both the preliminary and final plans for not only the subdivision request, but also the center’s site plan for the development.
