ASCA Requests Legislation to Eliminate Tax Concerns Tied to Federal Funds

ASCA and other healthcare organizations sent a letter to congressional leaders urging that legislation be enacted so that Provider Relief Fund distributions and similar funding provided in response to COVID-19 are not taxable. Additionally, the group asks that entities that have received these funds maintain tax deductions attributable to the funds.
