Changes to ASCA’s Privacy Policy

July 11, 2018

We value our relationship with the ASC industry and take your privacy and security very seriously. As such, we have embraced the new requirements for processing personal data put into place by the European Union data protection law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To comply with the new regulation and explain the changes to how we process and use personal data you share with us, we’ve updated our Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to take a few minutes to review the updated policy, which will be published across our websites and emails. Some key changes include:

  • Greater Transparency. We have renewed our commitment to transparency on data collection and usage to ensure we provide the clearest explanation of how we collect, use and share information, and the choices you have regarding that information.
  • Greater Commitment to Data Privacy. We have worked hard to make sure that our new policies meet the high standard for data privacy introduced by the GDPR.

Effective immediately, when you visit our websites or otherwise use our services, you’ll be agreeing to the terms of the new policy. If you have questions or concerns about the changes, feel free to reach out to us at asc@ascassociation.org.

Thank you for being part of the ASCA community.
