This tool is designed to streamline your experience, offering access to important documents, a detailed schedule of deadlines, and the ability to purchase lead retrieval services.

How can I purchase my electricity, furniture and carpet?

How many badges come with my exhibit space?

Each 10' x 10' exhibit space includes four Full Conference Registrations. Sponsors will receive additional Full Conference Registrations based on their level of support.

A full conference registration provides your attendee(s) with access to obtain CEUs for any education sessions they attend. We also ask that those registered with an Exhibitor registration give seating priority to ASCA + SAMBA 2026 attendees.

How do I pick up my badge?

Pick up your badge at the registration desk. Each exhibit space comes with a set number of badges. If you need to make changes and/or additions on-site, you will be charged an administrative fee.

How can I purchase lead retrieval for exhibit booth personnel?

Lead retrieval can be purchased online through April 24. After this date, device rentals may no longer be available for purchase, but you’ll still be able to purchase app licenses onsite in DC for use on your own device.

What are the hours for move in and teardown?

Move In Tuesday, May 12, 2026:
12:00 pm–5:00 pm

Wednesday, May 13, 2026:

Teardown Friday, May 15, 2026:
11:40 am–5:00 pm

What happens if I tear down early?

Any exhibitor who chooses to dismantle outside of the dedicated teardown times will be prohibited from signing up for exhibit space at next year’s conference until 30 days from the conference date.

What should I wear?

Business casual dress is recommended. DC’s average weather ranges from 56-79 degrees in May.
