Hotel Booking

Registering for the conference unlocks access to ASCA’s hotel block, giving you the opportunity to secure your preferred room and enjoy the convenience of staying onsite.

Once you’ve registered for ASCA 2027, you will receive an email with instructions for booking your room.

Rooms are not guaranteed and must be booked by Tuesday, March 9, 2027.

Room reservations are subject to cancellation if the guest is not registered for the ASCA 2027 Conference & Expo by Monday, March 1, 2027.

Pricing and Amenities

The ASCA 2027 Conference & Expo room rates begin at $250 (+ applicable taxes) per night.

The hotel’s currently published daily resort fee of $35 per room, per night, plus applicable state and local taxes, will cover the following amenities.

  • Access to River Falls Waterpark, including a 575-foot lazy river, multiple water slides, Falls Lagoon Pool and a children’s splash zone
  • Complimentary access to the fitness center
  • Scheduled shuttle service to all four Walt Disney World® theme parks and Disney Springs®
  • Daily resort activities and a nightly laser light show, subject to the hotel’s schedule

Additional onsite offerings include multiple restaurants and dining outlets, The Spa at Orlando World Center Marriott, Hawk’s Landing Golf Club, a business center and more than 500,000 square feet of event space.

Travel Information

Airport

Orlando International Airport (MCO) offers nonstop service to more than 170 destinations and is served by numerous domestic and international airlines. Travelers can review airlines, destinations, terminal maps and transportation options on the airport’s official website.

Orlando World Center Marriott is approximately 17 miles from Orlando International Airport. Drive time varies depending on traffic.

The hotel does not provide shuttle service to or from Orlando International Airport.

Ground transportation options available at MCO include rental cars, taxis, ride-share services, shuttle vans, private vehicles for hire, local bus service and Brightline rail connections. The airport currently lists approximate Lake Buena Vista-area fares of $23–$37 for shuttle vans and $47–$55 for taxis; fares are estimates and are subject to change.

Parking

Parking fees exclude tax and are subject to change. The hotel lists a garage clearance of 7 feet, 4 inches and offers electric-vehicle charging stations, subject to availability.

Official ASCA Hotel Block Policy

Conference registration is not required before reserving a hotel room. However, ASCA will cross-check the housing list against registered conference attendees.

Room reservations are subject to cancellation if the guest is not registered for the ASCA 2027 Conference & Expo by Monday, March 1, 2027.
