• Data submission opens for the fourth quarter (Q4) of ASCA’s 2025 Clinical & Operational Benchmarking Survey
• Application period opens for the March Certified Ambulatory Infection Preventionist^® (CAIP) exam
• Medicare’s 2026 payment rates take effect. Check out ASCA’s 2026 final rule rate calculator to see your new national and local payment rates (available to ASCA members only)

Tuesday, January 6

• ASCA webinar “Medication Management & Drug Diversion Prevention in Your ASC” at 1:00 pm ET. This program is included in 2026 ASCA membership and the 2026 Webinar All-Access Pass

Monday, January 12–Wednesday, January 14

• Learn about the latest coding and billing updates during ASCA’s 2026 Coding & Reimbursement for ASCs virtual course, streaming each day from 12:00 pm–4:00 pm ET. Sessions will be available on demand afterward. This program is included in 2026 ASCA membership and available for purchase by nonmembers

• Application period opens for the 2026-2027 spring virtual class of the ASC Administrator Development Program

Saturday, January 31

• Last day to apply for the 2026-2027 spring virtual class of the ASC Administrator Development Program
• Deadline to submit Q4 data for ASCA’s 2025 Clinical & Operational Benchmarking Survey
• Application period closes for the March CAIP^® exam

Month of January

• Register for the ASCA + SAMBA Conference & Expo, taking place May 13–16 in Washington, DC
