• Data submission opens for the fourth quarter (Q4) of ASCA’s 2024 Clinical & Operational Benchmarking Survey
• Application period opens for the March Certified Ambulatory Infection Preventionist (CAIP)^® exam
• Medicare’s 2025 payment rates take effect. Check out ASCA’s 2025 Final Rule Rate Calculator to see your new national and local payment rates (available to ASCA members only)

Tuesday, January 7

• ASCA webinar Employ Best Practices and Avoid Common Pitfalls in ASC Security at 1:00 pm ET. This program is included in 2025 ASCA membership.

Monday, January 13–Tuesday, January 14

• Learn about coding and billing updates for 2025 during ASCA’s Coding & Reimbursement for ASCs virtual course, streaming each day from 11:00 am–5:00 pm ET. Sessions will be available on demand afterward. This program is included in 2025 ASCA membership.

Friday, January 31

• Deadline to submit Q4 data for ASCA’s 2024 Clinical & Operational Benchmarking Survey
• Application period closes for the March CAIP^® exam

Month of January

• Register for the ASCA 2025 Conference & Expo, taking place April 30–May 3 in Denver, CO
• Members: All ASCA virtual education is included in 2025 membership. Register for the courses you are interested in to watch them live or on demand
• If you haven’t already selected a vendor to administer the OAS CAHPS Survey, get started now. (ASCA members receive a discount if they use Press Ganey as their survey vendor.)
