In 2024, there are twelve mandatory measures in the ASCQR Program on which facilities must report to avoid a reduction to future Medicare reimbursements. For 2024, eight measures require action to be taken by the ASC. The data for seven measures will be submitted through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) Secure Portal, and the COVID-19 Vaccination Coverage Among Health Care Personnel (HCP) measure (ASC-20) is submitted through the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) Healthcare Personal Safety (HPS) Component.
