To qualify for participation as a mentee, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Have fewer than two years of experience as an ASC administrator and have worked at your current facility for at least six months.*
  • Currently work in an ASC and aspire to become an ASC administrator.

*This program is intended for individuals who are new to the ASC administrator role but are already established at their facility. If you have recently joined a new facility as an administrator, please wait until you are settled in at your new facility and apply during the next administrator development program cycle.

(It is recommended for this discussion to be via video, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. Other as-needed calls can be done either by video or phone.)
    • Completion of all assignments in the program as outlined.

Mentees must complete at least 80% of the assigned work (calls, recorded content and assignments) to successfully finish the program.
