Your financial statements are powerful tools you can use to identify strategic opportunities and accelerate the financial performance of your ASC, but only if you know how to use them. This session provides hands-on experience with the financials you receive every month and suggestions on important, lesser-known reports you should be getting and using. You don't need to be an accountant to be the most financially astute leader at your ASC. Use the techniques and methodology this session will provide to confidently evaluate your financial statements and build solid strategies for your ASC's prosperity.
