Vice President, Clinical Education and Training, SCA Health

Lisa has over 30 years of experience in the ASC industry, with a focus on infection prevention for over 25 years. She has developed programs to train new infection preventionists and is certified in sterile processing and holds the CAIP certification.

Lisa has worked in every area of the surgery center, including circulating, scrubbing, safety officer, infection preventionist, business office manager, administrator, and corporate clinical leader. In a previous role, Lisa was the epidemiologist for her county Health Department. In her current role, Lisa is Vice President of Clinical Education & Training for SCA Health. In this role, she develops onboarding and training programs for the clinical leaders and staff at the corporate enterprise level. Lisa is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Lisa has a BSN from the University of Cincinnati and an MSN and MEd from Xavier University.
