Tina DiMarino earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Executive Leadership at George Washington University. Prior to that, she earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing (MSN) with a focus in Leadership and graduated Summa Cum Laude with her BSN degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University. Tina earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from West Texas A&M University.

Tina DiMarino has worked in the ambulatory surgery industry for 24 years, serving the last 21 years as an administrator. She holds certifications as a Certified Operating Room Nurse (CNOR) and as a Certified Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator (CASC). She is also an ASC consultant, developing and managing centers nationwide. She serves on the board of the Maryland Ambulatory Surgery Association.
