Debbie currently provides consulting services to organizations for construction and renovation needs of ASCs. Assisting with survey readiness for state, CMS and accreditation. Prior to consulting, she was a VP of Operations for a management company overseeing the operations and development of ASCs and surgical hospitals. She has worked in the ASC industry in California since 1993, beginning as an Administrator of a surgery center.

Debbie served on the Board of the California Ambulatory Surgery Association for 15 years; including Past President. She continues to assist in developing Infection Control Seminars for many ambulatory surgery center organizations for over 13 years.

Involved in Hospital Facility Management for 27 years, the last 15 years as the Facility Maintenance Manager at a hospital. Retired from this position in November of 2020. Prior to working in Healthcare, I spent 10 years as an HVAC service manager. I have been working as a Life Safety Surveyor for a national accreditation organization for the last 6 years. I have been an active member of the New England Healthcare Engineers Society, the New Hampshire Society of Healthcare Facility Managers and the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE) since 2006.
