As part of our commitment to providing valuable resources to our members, we are excited to announce that starting January 1, 2025, all virtual education offerings will be included free of charge with your membership. This means you’ll no longer need to pay a registration fee for webinars and virtual courses—simply register, and you and your staff can access a wide range of educational content at no additional cost. We’ve compiled the following FAQs to help you navigate this new benefit and take full advantage of the opportunities available to you.

Who is eligible for free virtual education?

All members and affiliates with a 2025 membership are eligible to access virtual education at no additional cost.

When do I get access to the free virtual education?

Starting January 1, 2025, members with a 2025 membership will have free access to ASCA’s entire on-demand virtual education library. Until that time, all 2023 and 2024 webinars and courses will still be subject to the current registration fees.

Registration for new virtual education offerings for 2025 will open in the last quarter of 2024. Members who have renewed or newly joined ASCA for the 2025 membership year can register for these offerings at no cost before January 1, 2025.

Refunds will not be offered for any purchased webinars or courses.

How do I access the free webinars and courses?

Every individual in your facility will still need to register for each webinar and course. Once registered, you and your staff can access the content through the ASCA Learning Hub.

What education is included in this benefit?

The free virtual education offerings include all content in the current library of webinars and courses and all new virtual offerings in 2025.

How do I ensure my staff can take advantage of this benefit?

Make sure your staff members have created their individual ASCA accounts. This will allow them to register for and access the free educational content. Each individual on your staff should have their own account that is affiliated with your facility membership.

To update your account, sign in to the ASCA website, select ‘My Account’ and then ‘Account Settings.’ To set up new accounts for your staff, select the name of your facility and then ‘Add New Individual’ next to ‘Organization Roster.’

If education is now free to members, do I get a refund for previously purchased content?

Refunds will not be offered for any purchased webinars or courses.
