An engaged governing board is a key driver in the success of an ASC. This engagement often involves a range of strong personalities, each bringing valuable knowledge, experience and expertise. However, if not managed effectively, these diverse perspectives can become divisive and detrimental to your center. Many of us have experienced board meetings where decision-making becomes challenging due to clashing personalities. In this webinar, we will explore the various traits that comprise many governing boards and provide you with insightful strategies for structuring your board to harness and maximize its diverse strengths.
