Commander Terry Bohlke (ret) served in the military for 24 years, first in the Army as a medic, then as a Medical Service Corps officer, and completing his career as an officer in the Navy Reserve. His final assignment was Executive Officer of the Center for Naval Leadership SW, where he led a team of instructors to teach leadership to naval officers and senior enlisted leaders.

Terry has been a leader in the ASC industry for over 20 years. He is currently Vice President of Ambulatory Surgery Centers for Community Health Systems in Nashville, Tennessee. Terry served as President of the national ASC Association (ASCA) and as President of the California Surgery Center Association (CASA). Terry was Vice President of Operations for two national surgery center companies and has been Administrator of a large, multi-specialty ASC.
