Mary has spent her entire nursing career in the perioperative arena and a great majority of that in the ASC world. She has held positions such as Administrator, Group Administrator, Regional Manager, Group Clinical Director and Clinical Consultant. She has successfully assisted many start-up centers from feasibility to becoming accredited and certified with CMS. She has also led other centers in optimizing their processes and driving excellence in efficiencies and outcomes.

She currently is a Senior Consultant for Amblitel. Mary was one of the founding members of the Iowa ASC Association and served as the first President. Mary is serving her second term on the Board of Ambulatory Surgery Certification (BASC). She frequently speaks at the ASCA Annual Conference and many State Association Meetings.
