Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted via the online Registration Cancellation form. Through April 16, refunds will be given minus a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after April 16. If you registered as part of a group and the entire group must cancel, one cancellation request per individual is required.


Can’t attend? Someone from your facility can come in your place. The first substitution will be made free of charge; all subsequent substitutions will require a $50 substitution fee. All requests must be made in writing and sent via email to ASCA's Meetings Department.
