ASCA Meetings App

The ASCA Meetings app is your guide to ASCA + SAMBA 2026. It features customizable event schedules, interactive maps, exhibitor information and more. Be sure to download the app as soon as possible to begin planning your conference experience.

If you’ve already downloaded the app for a previous event (e.g., ASCA 2025 or 2025 National Advocacy Day), you might need to log out of that event before viewing ASCA + SAMBA 2026. To do this, select the “More” icon (three horizontal lines) in the bottom navigation, then select “Exit event” at the bottom of that page. This will take you back to the “Search for an event” page in the app, where you can select ASCA + SAMBA 2026.

iPhone® and iPad®

The ASCA Meetings app is compatible with iPhones and iPads running iOS 17.0 or higher.

Android™

The ASCA Meetings app required OS for Android phones and tablets varies by device.

After you have downloaded the app, you will be prompted to log in using your name and email address. The app will then send a verification code to your mobile number (if you provided it) and your email address; once you have verified your account, you will have access to the app’s event content.

Once you’ve downloaded the app, be sure to enable notifications to keep up with the latest updates and information throughout the conference.

Session handouts are available in the app:

Handouts for the main conference sessions will only be provided in electronic format through the ASCA Meetings app.

If you wish to have hard copies of the session handouts with you onsite, please print them before you arrive. To print handouts, log in to the web version of the app, select a session, then select the “Resources” icon. You can then select the handouts you would like to print for that session.

My device is not supported. Is there another way to access the app content?

Yes! Windows tablets as well as some older devices may not support the ASCA Meetings app. You can access the app features using the web-based version of the app.
