Hotel/Transportation

How do attendees cancel their airline reservation?

Please contact your airline carrier directly to cancel your reservation.

How do attendees cancel their hotel reservation?

If you booked via the ASCA 2020 housing link:

All hotel reservations have been canceled and refunded; there is no need to call either ASCA housing or the hotel. You should have received an email from groupcampaigns@pkghlrss.com confirming your hotel cancellation. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder. Your email was sent to the address under which your room was booked. If you have further questions, please email Shawn Bryant.

If you booked directly with the Marriott or other parties such as Expedia or a travel agency:

ASCA does not have control over the policies of those outside entities. We suggest you reach out to them to cancel your reservation. The World Center Marriott’s website states they are not charging cancellation fees if done more than 24 hours before your stay. Expedia’s website also states they are not charging any cancellation fees. We hope this information is helpful to you.

How long will it take for hotel refunds to be processed?

We are getting this done as fast as possible for you, but we do not have an exact date as to when you will see your refund. Refunds will be placed back on the card that was used to reserve the room, without penalty, for those that were booked via the ASCA 2020 housing department.
