Join us in Washington, DC, this February to advocate for your facility and the ASC community on Capitol Hill. National Advocacy Day is a unique opportunity to join with fellow ASC professionals and supporters to make your voices heard and educate members of Congress about the crucial role ASCs play in their communities. It is imperative that we continue to share our stories to ensure current and future support for ASCs within the halls of Congress.

Unfortunately, registration is closed for ASCA's 2024 National Advocacy Day.

While there is no cost to register, participants will be responsible for booking and paying for travel and lodging during the event.

Why participate in National Advocacy Day

We must make the case for ASCs.

Congress needs to hear from you about the impact of ASCs across the country and the challenges currently impacting the ability to provide care. National Advocacy Day harnesses the collective energy of the ASC community to make the case to legislators about the over 6,200 ASCs across the country.

Constituents are the best advocates.

As a constituent, you are in the best position to help create lasting change. Constituent visits and interactions have a greater influence on legislators than any other group or strategy. It’s up to each of us to make the case for ASCs to lawmakers and tell the story of why ASCs are essential in our communities.

National Advocacy Day is a unique opportunity.

Network with peers from across the country and your region, hear from federal agency and nonprofit leaders and build your own professional and leadership skills.

What an awesome opportunity to attend ASCA’s 2023 National Advocacy Day in Washington, DC! It was so impressive to see the difference not only ASCA is making, but to be able to make a difference as an independent center director was just an honor and pretty darn cool! It takes more than a village to make a difference in healthcare—it takes an army! I encourage all of those in leadership for ASCs to get on board and help make a difference—join the healthcare Special Forces!
