Tara Gillon, ASP, CRCP-P, is the chief operations officer for Serbin Medical Billing. She has more than 25 years experience in healthcare and 15 years in ASC revenue cycle management. She has managed revenue for multiple specialties and sites, including ASCs, large multispecialty practices with primary and specialty care, hospitals, nursing homes, radiology, physical therapy, sleep labs, and laboratory services. She currently focuses on developing policies and workflow patterns to improve revenue cycle and streamline departments, high-level resolution of managed care issues affecting revenue cycle, and leading employee education programs that provide the latest resources for billing, collections, compliance and payer and state guidelines.

Ms. Gillon is a graduate of the University of Georgia and a member of the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM), through which she is certified as a revenue cycle professional.
