ASCA Meetings App

The ASCA Meetings app, provided by Pacira, has all the important information you'll need for the 2023 Winter Seminar as well as features to enhance your experience in Las Vegas.

 


How to download the ASCA Meetings app:

The ASCA Meetings app is available for the following platforms and operating systems.

iPhone® and iPad®:

The ASCA Meetings app is compatible with iPhone® and iPad® running on an operating system of 14.1 or later.  
Download the ASCA Meetings app for iPhone® or iPad®.

Android™:

The ASCA Meetings app is compatible with Android phones and tablets running on an operating system of 10.0 or later.
Download the ASCA Meetings app for Android.

Web Browser: 

You can access most features of the conference app from a web browser using the web-based version of the app.

 


Once logged in to the app, select your specific event:

If you have previously installed the ASCA Meetings app for a past event, you will need to switch to the current ASCA Events app to access the content.

 

Session handouts are available in the app:

Below are instructions for accessing presentation handouts for a session.

 

Mobile App Instructions

  1. Navigate to the schedule page by selecting the calendar icon in the bottom navigation menu.
  2. Select the plus icon next to the session name. 
  3. If you are not already logged in, the app will prompt you to do so. If you are already logged in, follow step 4.
  4. Select the title of the session. 
  5. Select 'Attachments' at  the bottom of the page to access the presentation handouts for that session.

 

Website Instructions

  1. Navigate to the website version of the mobile app.
  2. Log in as directed by entering your name and email address.
  3. Navigate to the Schedule page by selecting 'Schedule' in the top navigation menu.
  4. Select 'All Sessions'.
  5. Select the 'Add Session to My Schedule' button.
  6. Select the title of the session. 
  7. The presentation handouts for that session will be listed under the 'Session Content' heading at the bottom of the page. 
  8. Select a specific document to download it.

 

 


My device is not supported. Is there another way to access the app content?

Yes! Windows tablets as well as some older devices may not support the ASCA Events app. You can access the app features using the web-based version of the app.
