Review the cancellation policies before completing the online Registration Cancellation form.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via the online Registration Cancellation form. Through January 4, refunds will be given minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after January 4. If you registered as part of a group and the entire group must cancel, one cancellation request per individual is required.
Can’t attend? Someone from your facility can come in your place. Substitutions can be made free of charge. All requests must be made in writing and sent via email to ASCA's Meetings Department.
