ASCA’s Spin to Win Prize Wheel Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase or payment of money is necessary to enter. To enter ASCA’s Spin to Win Prize Wheel Sweepstakes, fill out the required information on the Member Appreciation Week website. This game is online only, and your name and email address are required for entry.

LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY DURING GAME PERIOD. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using different email addresses are in violation of this rule and will be declared ineligible.

GAME PERIOD. This sweepstakes begins August 14, 2023, 8:00 am ET, and ends August 18, 2023, 11:59 am ET, or until all the prizes have been won. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. ASCA assumes no responsibility for lost data, or mutilated, late or misdirected entries.

PRIZES. Forty-seven (47) prizes will be awarded. The total retail value of the prizes is approximately $6,600. All prizes will be awarded after the end of the game period. If, by chance, not all prizes are won, ASCA will select the winners of the remaining prizes at random. Prizes have no cash value.

Prizes consist of:

DRAWING. Players will have an opportunity to spin the wheel on ASCA’s Member Appreciation Week website every day during the game period, and winners will be randomly selected depending on where the ticker stops on the wheel. Winners will be notified by email.

At approximately 12:00 pm ET on Friday, August 18, after the conclusion of the game period, a selection of grand prize winners will be drawn from all eligible entries received during the game period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILITY. The Spin to Win Prize Wheel Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Canada, except Quebec, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Players must also be employed by a facility that is an ASCA member at the time of entry. An ASCA member is defined as an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in operation or an ASC in a developmental stage. ASCA affiliates are not considered members. Players will not receive more than one prize per game period. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by federal, state or local laws. Employees and the immediate family members of employees of ASCA and its affiliates (agencies, cooperating advertisers, etc.) are ineligible.

All potential winning spins are subject to verification by ASCA, whose decisions are final and binding. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the game should so indicate, until the entrant’s eligibility and the potential winning spin have been verified and the entrant has been notified that verification is complete. ASCA will not accept screenshots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any spin or win that occurs after our system has failed for any reason will be deemed a defective play and, therefore, void and will not be honored.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. ASCA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the game should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, technical failure or any other factor beyond ASCA’s reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the game. ASCA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual determined to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the game, acting in violation of the official rules or any other ASCA rules, or behaving in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage ASCA’s website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, ASCA and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. ASCA’s failure to enforce any term of the official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

DATA COLLECTION. By entering this game, each entrant expressly consents to ASCA and/or its representatives storing, sharing and using personal information submitted with the entry only for administering the game and in accordance with ASCA’s Privacy Policy.

WINNERS LIST. Winners will be posted on ASCA’s Member Appreciation Week website.

DAMAGES. Player expressly understands and agrees that ASCA will not be liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, incidental, special, exempt or otherwise) resulting from any use of, or inability to use, this website, or from any errors or omissions in the content of this website, regardless of the basis upon which liability is claimed, even if ASCA has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
