Cristina Bentin, CMA, CPPM, CCS-P, COC, is the president of Coding Compliance Management, LLC, a healthcare consulting company specializing in Ambulatory Surgery Centers with emphasis on business operations assessments, revenue cycle audits and ASC coding support. Ms. Bentin is recognized as an ASC revenue cycle educator, speaker, and writer with over 30+ years of hands-on experience in ASC multi-specialty facility and physician office revenue cycle operations. Cristina's expertise extends to her involvement in federal fraud investigations to include her role as expert witness. Cristina currently serves on ASCA's education and programs committee.

Robert Mayhew is the Director of Supply Chain at Revo Health. Robert believes in the value a strong Supply Chain can bring to an organization not just financially but to the overall patient experience as well as the importance of elevating our profession in health care. He has spent over 20 years serving in the Health Care Supply Chain discipline at acute care hospitals, ambulatory surgery center groups, and other non-acute IDNs. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and is a Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP).

Kevin Rau, Regional Supply Chain Officer with Community Health Systems. Originally from Philadelphia, I've lived in middle TN for the past 35 years. I received my bachelor's degree from Bethel university. I have over 30 years of clinical and supply chain experience in ASCs, acute care facilities, and corporate administration.

My passion is in developing leaders and advancing supply chain programs. I enjoy woodworking, photography, and volunteering.

Brooke Simmons has been in health care for over 20 years. She attended the University of Central Oklahoma and worked for Access Medical Urgent Care in Oklahoma City before moving to the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area in 2005. Brooke has worked for United Surgical Partners for over 18 years with 15 of those years in Materials Management. She has worked in multi-specialty surgery centers up until 2012 when she was promoted to Regional Director of Materials Management with United Surgical Partners Home Office. As a Regional Director she was responsible for the cost savings and national contracts for 48 facilities in the DFW and Phoenix, AZ areas. Brooke's region averaged 3.2 million in savings each year. In 2017 Brooke transitioned to manage 3 high performing Surgical Hospitals located in Dallas, TX to help increase savings and reduce cost per case.

Jean Skora is the lead Director of Supply Chain for the Ambulatory Surgery Center management company NueHealth, and has over 15 years of experience in the health care supply chain industry. Prior to joining the supply chain team at NueHealth in 2014, Jean was a Materials Manager for 7 years at a 6-bed, multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center in North Carolina, where she was awarded Materials Manager of the Year on three separate occasions.

Prior to her career in supply chain, Jean served in the United States Air Force as a Surgical Technologist where she graduated top of her class and worked in the field of surgical technology for over 10 years. She recently completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and is a member of The Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM).

I work as the Business Analyst for Covenant High Plains Surgery Center, an ambulatory surgery center with eleven specialties and two facilities. I have a deep conviction that we are all here to care for one another, and this is what drives me each day. Prior to working in healthcare, I worked in banking as a Credit Analyst and in bank regulation as a Financial Examiner. These roles combined with my BBA in Finance have given me a healthy understanding of financial analysis that I am excited to share with others.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Brittany, and our one-year-old son. We enjoy the outdoors, time with family, and serving as leaders within our church’s youth group.
