Each 10' x 10' exhibit space includes one Full Conference Registration and three Exhibit Hall Only badges. Sponsors will receive additional Full Conference Registrations based on their level of support.

Lead retrieval pre-sales have concluded. Lead retrieval will be available for purchase on-site. Please visit the Cvent booth in the exhibit hall for more information.

Pick up your badge at the Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration desk located adjacent to the Exhibit Hall in the Hynes Convention Center. Each exhibit space comes with a set number of badges. If you need to make changes and/or additions on site, you will be charged an administrative fee.

Business casual dress is recommended. Boston’s average weather ranges from 50-60 degrees during the day and 30-40 degrees at night.

Any exhibitor who chooses to dismantle outside of the dedicated tear-down times will be prohibited from signing up for exhibit space at next year’s meeting until 30 days from the meeting date.
