ASCA Meetings App

The ASCA Meetings app is your guide to ASCA 2024. It features customizable event schedules, interactive maps, exhibitor information and more. Be sure to download the app as soon as possible to begin planning your conference experience.

If you’ve already downloaded the app for a previous event, You might need to exit the event you’re logged into (e.g., ASCA 2023 or National Advocacy Day 2024) before viewing ASCA 2024. To do this, select the profile icon in the bottom menu to open the Profile page, then select ‘Exit event’ at the bottom of that page. This will take you back to the ‘Search for an event’ page in the app. where you can search for ASCA 2024.


iPhone® and iPad®:

The ASCA Meetings app is compatible with iPhone and iPad running on an operating system of 14.1 or later.


Android:

The ASCA Meetings app is compatible with Android phones and tablets running on an operating system of 10.0 or later.



After you have downloaded the app, you will be prompted to log in using your name and email address. The app will then send a verification code to your mobile number (if you provided it) and your email address; once you have verified your account, you will have access to the app’s event content.

Once you’ve downloaded the app, be sure to enable notifications to keep up with the latest updates and information throughout the conference.

Session handouts are available in the app:

Handouts for the main conference sessions will only be provided in electronic format through the ASCA Meetings app.

If you wish to have hard copies of the session handouts with you onsite, please print them before you arrive. To print the handouts, you can log in to the web version of the app and follow the instructions above.


My device is not supported. Is there another way to access the app content?

Yes! Windows tablets as well as some older devices may not support the ASCA Meetings app. You can access the app features using the web-based version of the app.
