Welcome to the ASC Association Outcomes Monitoring Project online interface.
Thank you for your interest in participating in the ASC Association Outcomes Monitoring Project for ambulatory surgery centers.
To participate:
- Click on the login icon and enter the username and password given to you. Note: If you are logged in you will see a black box with your username.
- Click on the surveys icon.
- Click on the current survey.
- Complete the survey.
- When the survey has ended an e-mail will be sent out with a link to the report.
