Things You Can Do To Make Your Voice Heard

Policy makers need to understand just how important ASCs are in meeting America's health care needs. These advocacy activities are quick, easy and fun and you will be making a difference.

  • Participate in the Capitol Fly-In

Physician owners, ASC administrators and other ASC staff travel to Washington, DC, for a series of meetings with US Senators and Representatives to advocate on behalf of the ASC community. If you would like to participate in an upcoming Capitol Fly-In, please contact Morgan Hanson at mhanson@ascassociation.org.
  • Join Your State ASC Association

State ASC Associations are critical for the future of ASCs. ASCA encourages you to get involved with your state ASC association and in strengthening the ASC industry at the state and local level.
  • Host an ASC Open House

Hosting an open house gives ASCs an opportunity to open their doors to the local community and public policy officials. It is a great way to highlight the ways that you give back to your community and to raise awareness of the benefits of ASCs.

For more information, or to get involved, please contact Morgan Hanson at mhanson@ascassociation.org or call 703.836.8808.
