The ASCA Government Affairs Department promotes the interests of the ASC community before Federal and State legislative, regulatory and executive agencies. By working with state ASC associations and industry leaders, the department is able to identify and analyze critical health policy issues concerning ASCs and acts to enhance and protect the ASC's ability to continue providing high quality patient care.
ASCPAC is ASCA's nonpartisan policital action committee. The ASCPAC is dedicated to electing and supporting strong ASC advocates in congress so that the ASC community can continue to grow with full government support.
