THE ALAMO AND SAN ANTONIO WALKING TOUR
5:30pm – 7:30pm
Note: Limited to the first 40 participants.
No trip to San Antonio would be complete
without a trip to one of Texas's most visited
sites, the Alamo. On this tour, you will
experience a private after-hours tour of the
Alamo. Following your Alamo tour, you'll visit
the city's oldest hotel, the Menger Hotel. The
tour will wind through other sites along the world-famous
River Walk, ending in time for dinner on your own at one of
its many restaurants.

BREWS AND BURGERS
6:00pm – 9:00pm
Learn a little about San Antonio's colorful
past with a bus tour of famous city
landmarks including the Alamo, San
Fernando Cathedral and Market Square.
End your night at the Blue Star Brewery, San
Antonio's first brewpub, where you'll tour the
brewing facility and enjoy a sampling of house beers on the
patio. Tour participants will have a chance to determine if
the Brewery's burgers really are the best in San Antonio.

Spend a night shopping in style at The Shops
at La Cantera, an open-air mall that combines
the outdoor beauty of San Antonio and all the
shops you could ask for. Among the more than
120 stores at La Cantera are Nordstrom, Pottery
Barn and Tiffany & Co. Enjoy dinner on your
own at one of the numerous choices at The Shops. Selected
discount coupons will be provided as part of your package.

SATURDAY, MAY 17
AUSTIN CITY TOUR
12:30pm – 7:30pm
Don't miss the opportunity to experience
Austin, located just 90 minutes from San
Antonio. Your day in Austin will include
a stop at the LBJ library and a visit to
Sixth Street, the Live Music Capital of the
World. With luck, you will see the famous
one million Austin bats fly out from their home under the
bridge before returning to San Antonio. (A bag lunch will be
provided on the bus.)

ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
1:00pm – 7:00pm
Relax with a round of golf at one of San
Antonio's finest golf courses, The Quarry.
Our annual tournament will be one of the
most memorable rounds of golf you'll play.
The prizes will be second to the course,
which is recognized around the country
for its unique setting and character. The front nine plays
through native rolling grasslands while the entire back nine
is nestled in a 100-year-old quarry pit. The tournament will
feature a shotgun start, a variety of prizes, transportation
and a box lunch at the course.

CRUISING AND EXPLORING SAN ANTONIO
1:30pm – 4:30pm
The perfect way to end the meeting is
enjoying a private boat tour along the world-famous
River Walk. The boat guide will tell
the stories of Texas's most visited sites.
Locations include La Villita, San Fernando
Cathedral and others. After the boat tour,
guides will walk you through more pages of San Antonio
history like the Alamo and the historic Menger Hotel.
