What are poster presentations?
Poster presentations are a way of displaying your information and ideas in the manner that is most appropriate for your particular project and best presents the information you want to convey. You can use charts, diagrams, graphs and other materials to organize and display your information.

Practical studies are welcome. Just describe what you wanted to accomplish, what you evaluated, what you learned and what you changed as a result of what you learned. The information that you gathered should be shared.

Whatever information you include and however you present it, be sure to organize your material with clear headings and titles so that viewers can locate and understand your information quickly and easily.

Your completed poster presentation should be mounted on poster board. ASCs will provide you with a 4' x 8' freestanding display frame on which you can mount and display your poster.

How are poster presentations selected to be presented at ASCs 2008?
You must submit a brief summary describing your project. If your submission is received by the deadline and your presentation does not promote any product or service, the submission will be reviewed by ASCs's review committee.

Posters previously presented at a ASCs meeting (e.g., at the San Francisco or Orlando conferences) are not eligible for presentation, but those that have been presented at other meetings that were not sponsored by ASCs are welcome.
