Multi-Attendee Discounts

The Foundation is offering a discount to facility member ASCs sending more than one attendee to the annual meeting. If you register before April 4, pay only $585 for the second attendee and $485 for the third and additional attendees. To be eligible for the discount, all registrants must be employed by the same ASC. That ASC facility must be a member of FASA or AAASC and all employee registrations must be received at one time, from the same address and under one payment. Employees from a second location are not eligible.
