Gaylord National is just a 15-minute drive from Reagan National Airport and a 45-minute drive from both Dulles International and Baltimore Washington International Airports. The Gaylord National offers shuttle service to all three airports. Reagan National ticket prices are $18 one way, $33 per person pre-paid round trip and $85 for exclusive van service. Ticket prices to Dulles International and Baltimore Washington International $45 per passenger or $125 exclusive van. On-site parking is $8/hour and $26/day. Valet parking is $39/day.

Pick up your badge at the Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration desk located adjacent to the Exhibit Hall in the hotel’s convention center. Each exhibit space comes with a set number of badges, but those making onsite changes and additions will be charged an administrative fee.

Business casual dress is recommended. Washington, DC’s average weather ranges from 70-80 degrees during the day and 50-60 degrees at night.

Any exhibitor who chooses to dismantle outside of the dedicated tear down times will be prohibited from signing up for exhibit space at next year’s meeting until 30 days from the meeting date.
