On November 27, 2013, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the final rule that will govern ASC and hospital outpatient department (HOPD) payments in 2014. In addition, this final rule updated the requirements for the Hospital Outpatient Quality Reporting (OQR) Program and the ASC Quality Reporting (ASCQR) Program. ASCA has created the following resources to help you understand what this will mean for your center.
