Cancellations/Substitutions

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted via the online Registration Cancellation form. Through February 19, refunds will be given minus a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after February 19. If you registered as part of a group and the entire group must cancel, one cancellation request per individual is required.

Substitutions

Can’t attend? Someone from your facility can come in your place. Substitutions can be made free of charge. All requests must be made in writing and sent via email to ASCA's Meetings Department.
